1. What about the oil painting quality?

All of our canvas printings are printed by Advanced Japanese Printer, with environmental-friendly inject and quality waterproof cotton fiber canvas.

2. How do you pack and ship our ordered oil paintings?

Packing:

Stretched Painting:
A piece of thin plastic film is used to protect each panel paintings, and with corner protection. A whole set of painting is packed in one carton with hanging accessories.

Unstretched Painting:
Rolled with PVC tube or Carton Columnar and contained in paper box or plastic air bubble pad

Shipping:

The shipping terms we offered are: Sea Cargo, EMS, and DHL.

Large Order and with Stretcher: Sea Cargo
Small Order and unstretched: EMS or DHL
(For small order, it's suggested to order unstretched paintings)

Meanwhile, you need to tell us your detailed information: your full name, your detailed address, Zip Code and you contact number.

3. How long can I get my canvas printing?

From the time you approve your order, it takes 4-5 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for rush shipping.

4. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

What we accepted payment methods are PayPal, Western Union, T/T and L/C.

5. Do you offer me with free sample?

We're so sorry for not offering free sample. But the sample fee would be reimbursed when you place new orders.

6. How can I place orders from Maple Painting Face?

We go through our order process on the following steps:

A) You can search for the canvas printing you like in our painting category; or, custom your own pictures with specific requirement (size and quantity) through Email.

B) We check your ordered or customized photos, make sample and send the sample picture via Email for your quality confirmation.

C) When it's OK, you need to prepay at least 30 % of the total amount, and then we would start the whole order painting printing; some modification will be made for photo, if it's necessary.

D) Painting finished, we will photograph them in detailed photos and email to you. Having confirmed them, you pay the balance. Then, we ship all these paintings you ordered to your address.

E) We inform you of the delivery agency and tracking number for your convenient shipping checking.

7. How do you deal with the case that if we are not satisfied with the paintings?

First, we will do our upmost to avoid this kind of case. If it does occur, we have solutions as followings:
1) We will make modifications and refund some of the total amount until the customer is satisfied with the painting, if the problem can be solved by making modifications.
2) We offer 30 days money back guarantee. That is, you can get all of your money back within 30 days if the problem can't be solved. Bu we promise this kind of case won't occur.
All in all, we can reach an agreement to minimize our mutual loss.

9. Can I trace my oil paintings?

Of course. Delivery agency and tracking number will be informed for your convenient shipment checking.

10. How do I care for my canvas?

To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface. Even though we use a water-resistant canvas it is not 100% waterproof.

11. Is there any notices when I get the new paintings?

Just open the packing carefully and lightly in case of any unexpected damage to the new paintings.

12. Can you make family protrait?

Yes, we can. You can click the "Creation" section in the upper column and follow the process of it for printing preview.

13. Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?

Sure, please contact us for further information.

14. What image file types does CanvasPop accept through its site?

Our website uploader accepts JPEG, TIFF or PNG.

15. I have an image file type not supported by your uploader (i.e PDF, RAW). What do I do?

Contact us for alternate instructions.

16. What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?

Our website uploader supports files up to 30 MB, if you have a larger file or some website error, please contact us .

17. What is your privacy policy with regards to the use of my images?

Check out our terms of use, but the short version is we'll never use your images in any manner other than to print them for you.

18. I'm not sure if my image is copyrighted or not, what happens if it is?

Sorry. Please make sure your image is not copyrighted before you send to us.

19. I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?

If you need your canvas by a certain date indicate it n the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way contact us at sales@maplepaintingface.com with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.

20. I cancelled my order, why haven't I seen a refund on my credit card?

It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Please contact us for more information.
